The role focuses on Lean transformation, manufacturing optimization, productivity improvement, and multi-site project delivery. •Lead Industrial Engineering teams across 4–5 manufacturing facilities. •Time studies, work measurement, video-based studies, and work breakdowns •Line balancing, Yamazumi analysis, multi-model line balancing, and level loading •Lean, Kaizen, 5S, Kanban, Poka-Yoke, and continuous improvement initiatives. •Identify opportunities for labor optimization, automation, robotics, material flow, and inventory improvement •Develop SOPs, work instructions, KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports. •Quality, cost, productivity, and cycle-time improvement Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field •Strong Industrial Engineering experience in high-volume/high-mix manufacturing •Applied hands-on capability in time studies and line balancing •Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement. •Proven team leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills. •Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
