Required Skills: •Industrial Engineering Lead •Design and implement new technologies, processes, and automation equipment that will enable our warehouses to support business growth. •Manage large cross functional projects from ideation to implementation. •Create and update engineering labor standards within our labor management system. •Conduct the economic evaluation of ideas and technologies, and write the business cases to justify projects and track results to demonstrate success •Design layouts for facilities, equipment, inventory storage, workspaces, and material flows •Create the technical specifications that define our equipment and facility standards, and warehouse automation concepts. •Write the documents necessary to procure equipment and technical services such as scope of work, performance requirements, and acceptance criteria.
