This role develops, recommends and implements process improvements that enhance manufacturing efficiency, resource utilization and product quality. •The ideal candidate is a data-driven problem solver who thrives in a competitive, fast-paced and dynamic manufacturing environment. This individual will collaborate cross-functionally to optimize workflows, support production performance and deliver operational excellence. •What you’ll do (Responsibilities: •Optimize workflows, labor utilization and sequence of operations to improve efficiency •Ideate, lead and support waste elimination and process improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations •Perform data analysis to establish shop performance metrics and solve complex operational problems •Provide technical support to manufacturing, maintenance, production supervisors and shift leaders •Support project implementation and plant initiatives including off shift or weekends as needed Qualifications: •1+ years of Industrial Engineering experience •Experience working in manufacturing •Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and problem solving in production operations •Experience documenting and improving standardized work •Knowledge of lean manufacturing, time studies and motion analysis •Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills •Ability to adapt to interpersonal styles and work effectively with cross functional teams •Self-motivated •Strong continuous improvement focus •Ability to work flex schedules as needed to support initiatives on an off shift •Preferred Qualifications: •3+ years of Industrial Engineering experience •Experience with project management and cross-functional initiative execution •Working knowledge of computer aided drafting (CAD) tools •This role may be eligible for relocation benefits.
