Hiring: Industrial Electrician Company: Morgan Olson Location: Sturgis, MI Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 14:52:26 Target Skills & Keywords : PLC About the job Required Skills: •Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical issues using schematics, diagrams and testing equipment on CNCs and other related production and facility machine-related items, including robotics and laser systems. •Install, maintain and upgrade electrical systems including motors, drives, PLC’s and control panels •Accurately report technical conditions and information on all facets of maintenance as needed to production and maintenance employees. •Work as required with minimal or no supervision, along with the ability to multi-task and prioritize small to large repairs. Schedule repairs through completion as needed on a regular basis. •Travel as needed.. •Interact with other employees on use and repair of CNC & other misc. equipment in a complete and organized manner. •Must be proficient at reading and interpreting blueprints, misc. PLCs, ladder logic, and various schematics associated with production and facility equipment (Programming preferred). •Complete required weekly & monthly TPMs, PM’s & PPS reports in an accurate and timely manner.
