Required Skills: •Develop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect categories including MRO, services, IT, HR, and site projects. •Lead supplier selection, RFQs/RFPs, negotiations, contract development, and supplier performance management. •Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify cost savings, process improvements, and value creation opportunities. •Analyze spend, market trends, supplier capabilities, and industry insights to optimize sourcing decisions and reduce risk. •Manage multiple sourcing projects while building strong relationships with internal customers and strategic suppliers.
