In this role, you will develop and execute category strategies across a diverse portfolio of transportation and logistics services supporting Bose's worldwide operations. •Working closely with Supply Chain, Distribution, Transportation, Finance, Legal, and Operations leadership, you will optimize supplier performance, manage business risk, identify market opportunities, and deliver measurable value across Bose's global logistics network. •Develop Category Strategy Qualifications: •Demonstrated experience negotiating complex commercial agreements with logistics, transportation, or supply chain service providers. •In-depth knowledge of transportation and logistics categories, including ocean, air, parcel, 3PL, warehousing, and over-the-road transportation. •Proven ability to lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives and influence stakeholders across multiple business functions. •Strong financial, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. •Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. •Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and drive multiple strategic initiatives with minimal direction. •Proven ability to prioritize competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, global environment. •Willingness to travel up to 10%, including occasional international travel.
