Qualifications: •Bachelor’s Degree required, with a focus in math, economics, or finance or related fields. •A demonstrable understanding of global financial markets, particularly the Equity market dynamics, regulations, and best practices. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office required. Knowledge of Python & experience with process automation is a plus. •Must be able to work independently on multiple projects with a strong sense of initiative. •Must be able to demonstrate excellent analytical and quantitative capabilities on large data sets to solve problems in a timely and insightful manner. •Demonstrated capacity to learn S&P DJI’s proprietary index calculation platforms •Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to coordinate work done by multiple people and/or groups. •Advanced degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field. •CFA or progress toward CFA and/or CIPM certification a plus. •Operational familiarity with S&P DJI’s index methodologies and processes.
