Communicates disputes to the finance provider in a timely manner and works with finance provider personnel to resolve disputes. •Develops, produces, and distributes cost analysis of monthly Subaru Motors Finance (SMF) and retailer finance programs. •Completes and distributes various reports/analysis to management, as well as maintains Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and dashboard reports on SMF and Auto Lease Guide (ALG) data for executive management reporting. •Assists department management in review of marketing-related communications of programs to ensure compliance with disclosure requirements. •Maintains web information related to incentives. •Supports Incentive Data & Operations Manager in maintaining complex Residual Value Reserve models to reflect current industry and vehicle level trends. •Responds to ad hoc report requests and database troubleshooting and continuously looks for ways to automate processes. •Demonstrated capacity to function and produce under pressure.
