You will be responsible for supporting revenue growth and increasing sales productivity by providing effective methodologies, efficient processes, value-added information, and sales tools. •Provide support during annual planning processes, including budgeting and target-setting. •Evaluate QDC and SQO performance and forecasts, building / adjusting models and providing commentary on the underlying drivers impacting actuals and forecast changes. •Develop insightful dashboards and reports that translate data into actionable strategies, driving enhanced sales performance and measurable results. •Drive AI adoption into existing workflows to increase velocity and depth of insight delivery (from existing tools, in conjunction with our AI data team, and through your own experimentation). •Be looking for ways to improve and implement scalable processes to support the entire customer lifecycle, from lead generation to retention. •Partner cross-functionally with business managers to gather potential incremental revenue opportunities (marketing, product management, and others as required). •Partner cross-functionally with the Quota & Commission team on sales colleagues’ compensation plans; ensuring hiring and capacity plans are aligned, and adjusting compensation targets as required.
