Required Skills: - Lead risk and control assessments and provide actionable mitigation recommendations. - Collaborate with audit, compliance, and regulatory teams to drive remediation and oversee quarterly audit processes. - Design, enhance, and automate control processes; monitor control exceptions and breaches. - Execute limit changes, investigate breaches, and manage remediation steps. - Build and promote a strong governance framework and a culture of responsible finance. - Conduct risk evaluations for business decisions, ensure regulatory compliance, and report control issues promptly. - Develop risk reporting materials, lead risk‑management training, and communicate insights to senior leadership. - Create interim tools, devise monitoring solutions, and apply business insights to improve control processes. - Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to prepare presentations for senior management. - Excellent stakeholder management, networking, and liaison capabilities across business units. - Demonstrated leadership, change‑management, and continuous‑improvement mindset. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. - Deep understanding of the firm’s Code of Conduct, Plan of Supervision, and related policies and procedures. - Familiarity with regulatory requirements, risk assessment methodologies, and compliance standards. - Experience partnering with business units on audit, compliance, and regulatory remediation efforts. - Ability to design and lead projects that enhance processes and solve complex problems creatively. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and educate diverse audiences.
