Required Skills: •Responsible for leading and executing customer onboarding and system implementations for Crexendo’s cloud telecom solutions. •This is a highly visible, customer-facing role that blends project management, technical configuration, and client consulting. •Serve as the primary point of contact during implementation — ensuring projects are delivered on time, configured correctly, and positioned for long-term customer success. •Lead end-to-end onboarding for new customers implementing their Crexendo system •Develop and manage individualized project plans for each client. •Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Porting, and Support teams. •Provide consultative guidance on system configuration and best practices. •Deliver customer with baseline training to ensure successful adoption. Qualifications: •3–5 years of experience in telecommunications, VoIP, UCaaS, CCaaS, or network technology. •Previous project management or client onboarding experience preferred. •Strong written and verbal communication skills. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects. •Solid functional working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). •High School diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. •Technical certifications are a plus.
