Hiring: Implementation Coordinator Company: Reflect Health Location: Cincinnati, OH Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 14:17:27 Target Skills & Keywords : Jira About the job Required Skills: •Assist the Implementation team with new client onboarding activities, including creating and updating workflow tasks, entering group information into internal systems, maintaining project documentation, and completing assigned implementation activities for expansion and Tier 1 business. •Work closely with departments such as Operations, IT, Enrollment, Claims, and Customer Service to support accurate setup and configuration of client benefit plans and ensure assigned implementation activities are completed accurately and timely. •Help maintain client overviews, update internal documentation, and distribute tracking reports. Share updates with team members and stakeholders as needed to support implementation activities. •Support renewal, termination, and project-assignment activities by helping organize implementation tasks, update project records, and assist with tracking work in tools such as Jira. •Track assigned implementation activities and deadlines, communicate status updates, and bring potential issues or delays to the attention of the Implementation team. •Strong organizational and critical thinking abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to follow through on tasks in a timely manner. •Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Jira or other project tracking tools is a plus. •Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with internal departments and stakeholders and respond appropriately to client-related requests as directed.
