Candidates must be able to work on-site five days per week during designated work hours. •Act as our client's trusted advisor, ensuring exceptional customer experiences throughout the implementation process. To include but not limited to, facilitating meetings, and maintaining communication throughout the life cycle of their implementation. •Provide a smooth transition and post-implementation support as needed, including system maintenance, and issue resolution, based on client feedback. •Assist clients in data migration, data mapping, and data validation processes to ensure accurate and complete data integration into the HCM software. Qualifications: •Demonstrated capacity to sit for extended periods: The role requires sitting at a desk or workstation for long periods, typically 7-8 hours a day. •Use of computer and phone systems: The employee must be able to operate a computer, use phone systems, and type.
