This includes assisting radiologists with configuring diagnostic workstation personal hanging protocols and other issues as needed •Supporting the creation and execution of QC programs for diagnostic workstations. •Administering and maintaining the PACS RIS system, including adding new users, managing permissions, and ensuring data integrity. •Assisting radiologists with configuration of diagnostic workstations, personal and system hanging protocols and other issues as needed. •Supporting the installation of new DICOM modality connections and analyzing HL7 interface transactions to validate data workflow. •Performing manual correction of system data entry errors and troubleshooting system and connectivity issues. •Supporting PACS/RIS interfaces with other clinical systems and affiliate institutions. Qualifications: •Knowledge of HealthCare integration standards such as HL7, DICOM, XML, and HTML •In-depth knowledge of Radiology systems and related technologies •The ability to work independently and in a team environment •Strong technical skills and knowledge of healthcare information systems •Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities •Strong communication and customer service skills •The Ability to work independently and as part of a team •Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred but not required •Be part of a team that’s transforming diagnostic imaging and delivering meaningful results in patient care.
