Required Skills: •This leadership role is responsible for the strategic oversight, operational excellence, and continuous improvement of our identity and access management (IAM) services, ensuring secure, reliable, and compliant access across the enterprise. •Lead a team responsible for the day-to-day delivery of IAM services while driving the maturity and evolution of identity operations processes, governance, and technologies. •Oversee identity lifecycle management, access provisioning and deprovisioning, role and group administration, authentication services, privileged access processes, and identity governance activities. •Driving process optimization, developing and maintaining operational procedures, supporting audits and regulatory requirements, and partnering with engineering teams on platform enhancements and strategic IAM initiatives.
