Hiring: Identity Intelligence Analyst (Multiple Levels) Company: Noblis Location: McLean, VA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 10:19:46 Employment Type: Remote About the job Experience: •Bachelor's degree OR Master’s OR PhD with 0 years of experience OR Associate's degree with 3 years of experience OR High-School with 6 years of experience. •Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience OR Master’s Degree with 1 year of experience OR PhD with 0 years of experience OR Associate's degree with 6 years of experience OR High-School with 9 years of experience •Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience OR Master’s Degree with 3 years of experience OR PhD with 1 year of experience OR Associate's degree with 8 years of experience OR High-School with 11 years of experience •0 years of experience OR Associate's degree with 3 years of experience OR High-School with 6 years of experience. •3 years of experience OR Master’s Degree with 1 year of experience OR PhD with 0 years of experience OR Associate's degree with 6 years of experience OR High-School with 9 years of experience Required Skills: •As an Identity Intelligence Analyst, you will analyze and integrate identity intelligence related to terrorism and Counterterrorism (CT), and support CT customers by researching, preparing, and delivering written intelligence products, responses to taskings, and deliver oral presentations. •Conducting identity intelligence analysis to support terrorist nominations, watchlisting, screening, vetting, identity resolution, and counterterrorism operations. •Receiving, reviewing, and processing identity information from classified and unclassified sources in accordance with Intelligence Community policies, standards, and mission requirements. •Evaluating and integrating identity-related intelligence to resolve identities, assess threats, identify associations and patterns, and support adjudication decisions. •Researching and responding to intelligence taskings by developing timely, accurate, and well-supported intelligence products, assessments, and briefings. •Performing quality assurance reviews of intelligence information and products to identify inconsistencies, analytical gaps, and potential issues affecting identity resolution or operational decisions. •Identifying intelligence gaps and conducting targeted research to develop additional information in support of evolving counterterrorism and identity intelligence requirements. •Applying Intelligence Community analytic tradecraft, including ICD 203 and ICD 206, to ensure intelligence products are objective, accurate, properly sourced, and analytically rigorous. Qualifications: •Required Minimum Skills And Knowledge •Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph. •Multiple levels can be accommodated. •Prior experience working with an intelligence community department or agency.
