This role requires close coordination with contractors, vendors, and other commissioning disciplines to maintain schedule alignment and deliver fully validated control systems. •Support and enforce all safety protocols during ID&C commissioning activities •Support full commissioning and performance acceptance testing of all ID&C infrastructure systems Conduct QA/QC review of all ID&C test procedures and commissioning scripts •Provide insight and recommendations for enhancing the overall commissioning plan •Inspect instrumentation, control panels, wiring, and network components for compliance with vendor submittals and design specifications •Verify PLC and controller configurations, logic loading, firmware versions, and communication settings •Validate sequence-of-operations (SOO) for all control systems •Test and confirm proper function of SCADA/HMI graphics, navigation, alarming, trending, and historian functions Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, controls, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered. •Minimum of 5 years of commissioning experience, preferably in ID&C or mission-critical environments •Strong written and verbal communication skills •Demonstrated capacity to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical specifications •Demonstrated capacity to read and interpret electrical and controls schematics, P&IDs, IO schedules, and technical specifications. •Proven experience commissioning PLCs, DDC/BAS systems, instrumentation, control panels, and communication networks. •Demonstrated capacity to write clear and comprehensive ID&C commissioning scripts, startup procedures, daily reports, and final commissioning documentation. •Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. •Operational familiarity with industrial networking protocols (e.g., Modbus, BACnet, EtherNet/IP) is preferred.
