You will be hybrid working out of a US Westinghouse facility. •Oversee and govern ICS's Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) program, ensuring understanding of Westinghouse corporate EHS standards and full compliance with all applicable safety regulations across ICS operations. •Ensure effective deployment and execution of safety processes and controls across ICS's engineering offices, manufacturing operations, field project sites, and vendor facilities, verifying that all activities are performed safely and in accordance with required EHS protocols. •Develop and deliver comprehensive safety training programs across the ICS workforce, spanning manufacturing, vendor, engineering, project, and office‑based activities. •Lead investigations of safety incidents, near-misses, and workplace hazards within ICS, performing cause analyses and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence. •Establish ICS safety performance metrics and leading indicators, analyzing trends from safety observations and reports to identify systemic issues. •Champion a strong nuclear safety culture within ICS by cascading corporate safety messaging and promoting a “Zero Harm” mindset across all levels of the organization.
