Qualifications: •High School Diploma or GED required. •Demonstrate and promote a solution‑based, positive attitude in meeting goals and objectives. •Self‑starter with the ability to stay on task and complete assignments in a timely manner without direct supervision. •Ensure delivery of quality products and services through continuous monitoring and adherence to company standards and operating procedures. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •Demonstrated capacity to follow procedures accurately and in a timely manner to support company objectives. •Strong logic and reasoning skills to identify root causes and communicate potential solutions to leadership. •Highly professional in conduct and communication. •Demonstrated capacity to communicate effectively with all levels of management and cross‑functional teams. •Must possess the skills necessary to complete required Smucker documentation.
