Required Skills: •Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of ERP systems •Oracle ERP, Oracle E-Business Suite, or Oracle Cloud Applications •Manage day-to-day IT operations including network infrastructure, data security, user support, and hardware/software maintenance. •Partner cross-functionally with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and ensure ERP systems align with business goals. •Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues or bottlenecks. •Plan and coordinate IT projects, including upgrades, migrations, and system integrations. IT trouble shoot ticket resolution. •Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external consultants or Oracle support when needed. •Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
