Hiring: Hydraulic Fracturing Equipment Operator Company: ProPetro Services, Inc Location: Midland, TX Job Posted Time: 2026-09-03 10:45:52 Employment Type: On-site Target Skills & Keywords : Workday About the job Experience: •1 year oilfield experience preferred •Minimum 1 year oilfield experience preferred Required Skills: •The Hydraulic Fracturing Equipment Operator performs basic procedures on site, performs rig up and rig down, maintains equipment, and operates sand silos as needed. •Operate and perform maintenance on the equipment used at each job location •Connect and disconnect pump trucks from iron pipes •Operate and maintain the fluid ends •Operate sand silos to control the amount of sand loaded into the hopper as needed •Perform pump maintenance such as packing pumps and swapping seats and valves •Lead and oversee maintaining grease levels on equipment to prevent failure •Perform basic rig up and rig down Qualifications: •Clear communication skills, including the ability to read, write, and speak English preferred •Demonstrated capacity to follow written and verbal instructions promptly and accurately •Able to safely operate and maintain assigned equipment during a 12+ hour work shift that will include days or nights, weekends, and holidays •Able to perform duties safely in all weather conditions •Must be able to work closely with others and under time-sensitive deadlines, which may include emergency response situations •Must be physically able to bend, stoop, kneel, twist, crawl, walk on uneven surfaces, and climb equipment ladders or stairs throughout the work shift •Must be physical able to occasionally lift or move up to 80 pounds Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
