Required Skills: •Facilitate the transfer of information from our customers to the RK Service team. •Identify possible problems/issues and coordinate solutions. •Prepare/oversee accurate project of PM estimates and scope letters. •Facilitate the transfer of projects to the Service Projects Team. •Ensure that all services provided by RK Service meet customer requirements. •Show demonstrable, regular contact and support to and with assigned customers. •Create scope summaries that clearly define project and maintenance contract pricing and responsibilities. •Explain and define pricing and scope to our clients.
