Required Skills: •Provide responsive and professional customer service with the goal of building and maintaining long-term customer relationships •Identify, analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot direct digital control systems •Perform preventative maintenance, commissioning, and replacement modifications as needed or requested by customers •Maintain building automation systems by inspecting trend logs, reports, schedules, applications, hardware, and programming •Provide controls technical support to HVAC technicians •Create and/or implement programming and graphics for new installations and retrofit projects •Commission controls installations and verify that control sequences meet scope, design, or specifications •Provide training and follow-ups for Customers and operations personnel Qualifications: •High School Diploma or GED. •Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record. •Demonstrated capacity to lift 50lbs with or without an accommodation. •Required license(s) and/or training card as required by local law district. •Proficiency with test instruments and calibration tools. •Competency in operation of engineering/commissioning tools, DDC controllers and field devices, BACnet protocol fundamentals. •Competency in the operation of HVAC equipment and controls. •Demonstrated capacity to understand written sequences of operation. •Demonstrated capacity to read low voltage wiring diagrams and controls flow diagrams. •Niagara AX and/or Niagara 4 certification.
