Required Skills: •Lead a team of 3 to 6 Controls Systems Technicians in direct field work across installation, commissioning, startup, troubleshooting, validation, and service activities. •Assign, prioritize, and monitor work to support project schedules, service commitments, and operational objectives. •Provide coaching, feedback, and development support to help technicians grow their technical and customer service skills. •Actively facilitate and support diagnosis and resolution of complex issues involving controls hardware, software, networks, and system integration. •Coordinate field execution with project managers, customers, subcontractors, and other trades to support successful delivery. •Review project requirements and provide technical direction so systems are installed and operating in accordance with design intent. •Participate in project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and field execution activities. •Support Operations & Maintenance (O&M) activities and ongoing customer site requirements as needed.
