Develops, interprets, and analyzes data extracts and reports from automated HR databases. Gathers, compiles, and analyzes data from other sources. •Performs program evaluation of a full range of HR programs at USSPACECOM and develops and executes improvement/enhancement plans. Applies key aspects of OPM, DoW, and Command Strategic Human Capital Management plans in program oversight and evaluation. •Prepares briefings, written correspondence, and other documents. Establishes and maintains a positive working relationship with customers by developing a team approach to accomplishing tasking. Provides advice by using sound judgment and technical competency and creates an atmosphere of partnership with customers. •Knowledge of DoW and Air Force Human Resources regulatory guidance. •Knowledge of developing program concepts, metrics, and techniques to track data points in support of commands strategic goals. •Effective communicator in group and individual settings articulating DoW, AFPC and USSPACECOM mission requirements. •Formulate efficient and effective prioritizations, operational impacts, organizational strategies and plans to support/advocate for USSPACECOM. •Previous experience at a Civilian Personnel Office is highly desired. Qualifications: •Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI Security Clearance.
