Qualifications: •The Snap Hire & Sourcing Architect: You serve as the primary consultant for the Snap Hire process. You create, review, and approve postings, develop candidate matrices, and lead sourcing strategies that result in high-quality new hires for specialized workforce programs. •A Technical Processing Expert: You move with speed and precision. You excel at the technical intricacies of the hiring process—from reviewing minimum qualifications and verifying employment eligibility to ensuring that new-hire documentation and Position Management (PM) entries are accurate. •A Consultative Business Partner: You provide exceptional support to your assigned business areas. You are a strategic advisor to hiring managers, helping them navigate complex selection processes and utilizing direct communication (Teams/in-person) to resolve errors and clarify processes quickly. •An Efficiency & Speed Advocate: You strive for excellence in your metrics, aiming to extend conditional job offers quickly, while ensuring all background and reference checks are handled with total discretion. •A Guardian of Quality Assurance: You are dedicated to the integrity of the hiring process. You perform thorough Quality Assurance (QA) audits and maintain meticulous records, ensuring every hire is complete and compliant. •Required Experience: Three (3) years of full-time professional experience in positions that provided a thorough knowledge of principles of human resources management, office management policies, procedures, and practices. •Preferred Certifications: SHRM-CP or PHR certification. •Comprehensive knowledge of principles and practices of recruitment, including Snap Hire opportunities and screening/selection processes. •Expert skill in using HR systems and software applications such as Taleo, WorkInTexas, and internal Position Management tools (CAPPS). •Comprehensive expertise in federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing personnel activities and EEO compliance.
