Hiring: Human Resources Specialist Company: MJH Life Sciences® Location: Cranbury, NJ Job Posted Time: 2026-09-17 14:23:57 Employment Type: Hybrid About the job Experience: •2+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a high-growth, high change environment Required Skills: •Understand strategic business objectives and educate business leadership on HR best practices such as talent management, employee engagement, performance optimization, succession planning and other HR functions •Conduct meetings with assigned departments and leaders on an ongoing basis to discuss and strategize the best way to support business and professional development needs •Provide guidance to manage and resolve employee relations issues as they arise •Help maintain a positive work environment and contribute to employee engagement •Ensure accurate record-keeping and data management related to HR activities •Handle confidential HR documents and information with discretion. •Address employee questions and concerns, providing guidance and solutions. •Complete employee relations and administrative tasks throughout the associate lifecycle including exit interviews, stay interviews, terminations, FMLA discussions, and HRIS business process tasks Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree required •Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills •Excellent written and verbal communication skills •Demonstrated capacity to prioritize tasks and resources, meet deadlines, and be flexible to changing priorities. •Collaborative team player with strong sense of urgency, drive and passion to take ownership of projects. •Proven ability to manage extremely confidential information •Possess a natural, yet professional ease at working with and relating to the needs of employees in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment •Practical ways you have used AI tools in HR work such as drafting job descriptions or communications, summarizing policy and documentation, screening support, data cleanup and reporting, or answering routine employee questions •How you decide when AI is appropriate for a task and when it is not, particularly where employee data, confidentiality, or sensitive matters are involved •How you verify AI output before it reaches a candidate, employee, or manager Compensation: •$60,000 - $70,000 / year •Competitive benefits and rewards package •Eligible for annual company bonus program or commission incentive based on role Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
