Required Skills: •Leads and manages HR initiatives across policy compliance, employee relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, onboarding, training, and workforce support. •Advises Executive Leadership, managers, and employees on the interpretation and consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and employment practices. •Oversees employee relations matters, including investigations, corrective action, performance improvement plans, conflict resolution, and manager coaching. •Guides managers through performance management processes, documentation standards, coaching conversations, and appropriate follow-up actions to promote accountability and consistency. •Oversees leave of absence, workplace accommodation, and related compliance processes in alignment with applicable laws, policies, and organizational requirements. •Manages the organization’s HRIS system, ensuring data integrity, accurate reporting, process efficiency, and effective use of workforce data. •Collaborates with Executive Leadership to design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive benefits programs that support employee well-being, retention, and organizational objectives. •Oversees full-cycle recruitment strategies to attract, hire, onboard, and retain qualified talent.
