The role also owns facilities and business compliance: keeping the building running, and staying ahead of licensing and compliance deadlines. •We're about forty-five people in one building in Warren: two units, roughly 75% manufacturing and 25% admin, marketing, and eCommerce. This is a hands-on role. •Own benefits administration end-to-end: eligibility, enrollment, life events, terminations, COBRA, carrier portals. Educate employees year-round, in their own language. •Partner with Finance to reconcile carrier invoices monthly and resolve discrepancies directly. •Administer all leave (medical, parental, personal, unpaid) from request to return, compliant with RI, CT, and NY requirements. •Handle accommodation requests and the interactive process, with documentation.
