Required Skills: •Lead HR operations for the business unit, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation, training, compliance and HR administration. •Partner with business leaders and Corporate HR to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives, company policies and HR programs. •Serve as a trusted advisor to managers by providing coaching and guidance on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary actions, workplace investigations, workers' compensation, conflict resolution and policy interpretation. •Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws, company policies and HR best practices. •Support compensation planning, salary recommendations, organizational development initiatives and workforce planning activities. •Manage HR systems, employee records, reports and workforce metrics to support business decisions. •Supervise, coach and provide direction to HR and administrative team members, including office support functions, to ensure effective execution of HR programs and workplace support activities. •Oversee workplace and administrative support services, including vendor coordination, invoice processing, employee events, badge administration, locker management and other site services. Qualifications: •Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field •Minimum of 6 – 8 years of progressive HR experience with strong expertise in employee relations, workplace investigations, manager coaching, performance management and talent acquisition. •Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment and rapid workforce growth. •Previous HR leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred. •Proficiency with HRIS systems (ADP), HR reporting and Microsoft Office Suite. •Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR practices and compliance requirements. •Strong communication, coaching and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence leaders at all levels. •Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. •Demonstrated capacity to balance strategic HR responsibilities with hands-on operational execution. •Bilingual in English and either Vietnamese or Mandarin Chinese preferred.
