Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. •Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruiting and employee relations responsibilities. •Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment compliance, and employee lifecycle management. •Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. •Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. •Proficiency with HRIS, ATS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office applications. •HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar) is a plus.
