Required Skills: •Human Resources Manager •Pacific Recycling, Inc. is seeking an experienced, hands-on Human Resources Manager to independently lead and manage all human resources and payroll functions for our organization. •The Human Resources Manager is also responsible for processing accurate and timely weekly payroll and maintaining payroll, timekeeping, and employee information through the company’s HRIS. •Human Resources Management •Serve as the primary HR contact and resource for employees, supervisors, managers, and company leadership. •Develop, maintain, interpret, and administer company policies, procedures, and the employee handbook. •Coordinate employee performance reviews and related processes. •Support leadership with workforce planning, employee retention, compensation reviews, and organizational needs. Qualifications: •Minimum of 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience with broad generalist responsibilities. •Hands-on payroll processing experience, including timekeeping and payroll reconciliation. •Strong working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR compliance requirements. •Previous experience functioning as an HR department of one. •SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.
