Hiring: Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst Company: Eastern University Location: Wayne, PA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-17 13:17:53 Employment Type: Hybrid Target Skills & Keywords : Workday About the job Required Skills: •This position is required to work on-site with the possibility of hybrid after 3months of employment •Serve as the primary HR resource for the administration, maintenance, and effective use of HR systems, including Colleague, CROA, NEOED, Workday, and other applicable platforms. •Serve as the HR lead for the transition from Ellucian Colleague to Workday, representing Human Resources throughout planning, configuration, data migration, testing, process design, implementation, training, and post-launch support. •Maintain accurate and complete employee data through data entry, audits, corrections, updates, file maintenance, and ongoing review. Identify and resolve data discrepancies and support strong data governance practices. •Develop, maintain, and analyze recurring and ad hoc HR reports to support workforce planning, audits, institutional reporting, leadership requests, and other business needs. •Coordinate and prepare HR data submissions for annual, institutional, regulatory, and compliance reporting, including surveys and other required submissions. •Evaluate HR processes and system functionality and recommend improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, consistency, and service delivery. •Support and coordinate system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and new functionality through requirements gathering, testing, validation, issue resolution, and implementation support. Qualifications: •Two years of experience working in the Higher Education field. •Minimum two years of experience in Human Resources, HR operations, HRIS administration, employee data management, reporting, or a related area. •Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. •Solid functional working knowledge of Human Resources practices, employment laws, regulatory requirements, and employee data confidentiality. •Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently and collaboratively while exercising discretion and maintaining confidentiality. •Demonstrated capacity to support the Christian values and mission of the University. •Solid functional working knowledge of Human Resources practices, employment laws, regulatory requirements, employee data management, and confidentiality standards. •Knowledge of HRIS platforms, reporting, auditing, records management, and HR systems processes. •Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project coordination skills, with excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
