We partner with local vendors to offer our customers fresh, high- quality, made-to-order products. •With a team of dedicated people who are passionate about food, supply chain, and their community- we are looking for like minded individuals to help further our goal to enhance our communities through quality produce and prepared foods. •Any combination of the following job duties) •Manage full-cycle recruiting including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. •Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to management and staff. •Manage leaves of absence including FMLA, disability, and personal leave requests. •Administer workers compensation claims, SAW reimbursements, OSHA reporting & compliance and coordinate with insurance providers. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or equivalent experience •Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with employees, management, and HR colleagues. •Must be able to prioritize workflow to complete all tasks and have excellent time management. •Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently and manage multiple priorities. •Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. •Multilingual skills are a plus. •Demonstrated capacity to plan, organize, implement and follow through on projects. •Demonstrated capacity to covey a positive and professional image to applicant, employees and external customers •All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
