Hiring: Human Resources Generalist Company: Menasha Corporation Location: Normal, IL Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 14:25:17 Target Skills & Keywords : SAP, Workday About the job Experience: •2 years of relevant HR work experience •2-5 years of experience in manufacturing •2 years experience in a union setting, if applicable Required Skills: •Administer daily functions of the HR department, including HR policies and procedures, payroll, hourly recruitment and staffing, employee relations, leaves of absence, and benefit enrollment. •Conduct human resource generalist activities in the areas of recruiting, selection, onboarding, orientation, training, employee relations, and payroll. •Assist with communication and enrollment of benefits, safety, and wellness programs, working in conjunction with the corresponding functional departments. •Support continuous improvement activities to identify and resolve opportunities and gaps within the HR function. •Utilize SAP, Workday, TCP, and other related HRIS to administer payroll, wages, status change, leave entitlement, attendance, and other related personnel transactions. •Assist in FMLA, Disability, and other leaves of absence programs. •Ensure knowledge of and compliance with all relevant labor laws. •Promote open door communication with all employees; be visible to ensure employees feel at ease to approach for questions and be available to counsel as required.
