Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. •Three or more years of human resources experience. Experience in a manufacturing environment helpful. •Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, and related compliance requirements.
