Identify training opportunities to enhance leadership capability across facility. •Partner with leaders drive engagement programs and positive employment practices focusing on employee morale and maximizing employee retention. •Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with Site HR Manager and business partners to drive business solutions and track progress. •Ensure candidate pre-hire actions are complete and facilitate New Employee Orientation. •Actively facilitate and support TTM Operator Advancement Program to identify employees ready for advancement and or development. •Promote recognition and rewards programs, ensuring full communication and execution of established company programs; track usage and demonstrate impact of increased usage. •Advocate for TTM's HR Shared Services Model, supporting local training and reinforcing employee use of the ticketing system for tactical HR questions and support needs. •Ensure compliance with appropriate state and federal employment legislation, including FMLA/OFLA, Oregon Paid Leave and other related Oregon employment practices. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in business/HR management OR equivalent years of related work experience. Professional HR certification, HRCI or SHRM preferred.
