Required Skills: •Support payroll processing activities including data validation, reporting, and audit support (bi-weekly payroll cycle). •Assist with full-cycle recruiting efforts including posting roles, coordinating interviews, and supporting onboarding activities. •Act as a primary contact for employee questions related to benefits, policies, and general HR inquiries. •Administer benefits programs including enrollments, changes, employee communications, and vendor coordination. •Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HRIS data integrity within ADP Workforce Now. •Partner with managers to support hiring needs and maintain updated job descriptions. •Assist with HR compliance activities, audits, and documentation across multiple jurisdictions. •Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a consistent employee experience. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required (HR certification preferred). •Applied hands-on capability in HRIS platforms, specifically ADP Workforce Now (Ceridian Dayforce or Powerpay a plus). •Prior exposure to payroll support and/or payroll auditing strongly preferred. •Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general Microsoft Office Suite. •Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization. •Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities. •Demonstrated capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment. •Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a growing organization.
