Required Skills: •Consultant Management Workflow •Provide strategic insights and identify opportunities to improve existing governance framework based on regulatory developments and business needs. •Influence management and hiring departments by providing strategic recommendations based on consultant market data, workforce analytics, and organizational priorities. •Lead the design, implementation, and continuous optimization of a centralized consultant database to ensure accurate, accessible, and secure workforce information. •Develop dashboards and reports to provide insights into consultant pipeline, vendor performance, workforce trends, contract status, and key performance indicators. •Identify automation opportunities and streamline manual processes to improve the consultant lifecycle and governance framework. •Propose and present annual consultant budget to management and monitor execution status and communicate with departments with potential budget execution issue as needed. •Assist with analyzing, evaluating, developing and maintaining the Bank’s consultant needs and ensure its execution by reviewing job descriptions provided by user departments, managing budget allocation and presenting reports to management. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Labor Relations, or other related majors; Master’s degree preferred. •Capable of multi-tasking and working in fast-paced environment. •Excellent communication skill is a must, bilingual ability in Mandarin is highly preferred. •Data Analytical skill is highly preferred.
