Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field and at least one year of employee relations experience required •OR High School Diploma/GED and three years of employee relations experience required. •PHR, SPHR certification, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP certification or UPMC HCI Strategic HR Business Partner Certification preferred.
