Required Skills: •Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefits laws through periodic audits. •Manage benefits administration, including reviewing benefits with employees and processing enrollments, cancellations, or changes. •Conduct detailed timecard reviews to ensure accurate payroll processing. •Oversee leave of absence processes. •Participate in recruitment efforts and coordinate with local temporary staffing agencies, as well as conduct exit interviews. •Maintain HRIS records, employee roster, and compile necessary reports. •Investigate employee relations claims and facilitate conflict resolution. •Engage in employee appreciation events, volunteering, and cultural activities to promote employee engagement.
