Required Skills: •As an HR Business Partner, you’ll work closely with regional leaders, Practice Managers, Office Managers, and local leadership teams. You’ll be a go-to HR partner for the everyday people matters that come with leading a great team. •Building strong, trusted relationships with managers and operational leaders •Coaching managers through employee conversations, performance concerns, and day-to-day people decisions •Supporting performance management, corrective action, and employee documentation •Helping leaders navigate employee relations concerns and workplace conflict •Conducting or supporting employee investigations in partnership with Employee Relations •Partnering with leaders on employee engagement, retention, and team morale •Helping identify opportunities to strengthen workplace culture Qualifications: •3–5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years of direct HR Business Partner experience; experience in HR Generalist or Employee Relations-focused roles is preferred. •Solid functional working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices •Strong communication and relationship-building skills •Good judgment and the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally •A practical, solutions-focused approach to HR •The ability to balance multiple priorities in a growing, fast-paced environment •A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred •PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus, but not required •At SDB, our people are at the heart of what we do.
