Location: Jackson, MS Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 10:44:48 Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Office About the job Experience: •5+ years of progressive HR experience, including strong expertise in employee relations, workplace investigations, performance management, and full-cycle recruiting Required Skills: •Partner with leaders on employee and labor relations, performance management, and engagement to support team effectiveness and business objectives •Investigate employee issues, document findings, and recommend compliant solutions and appropriate follow-up actions •Advise managers on disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, and terminations while helping mitigate risk •Lead full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for all levels, from frontline and professional roles to leadership positions •Administer HR policies and programs, ensure compliance with employment and labor laws, and promote consistent HR practices •Lead onboarding, training, and development initiatives, and coach managers on people leadership and employee experience •Maintain accurate employee records and support internal HR audits, reporting, and documentation requirements •Partner with payroll and benefits teams to resolve employee questions and ensure data accuracy Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred •Proven ability to lead recruiting and onboarding across all levels, with success building talent pipelines and delivering a strong candidate and new-hire experience •Solid knowledge of employment and labor laws, HR best practices, and compliant hiring processes •Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence leaders and manage multiple priorities •Demonstrated capacity to handle sensitive matters with sound judgment, professionalism, and discretion •Trusted judgment in managing employee relations, sensitive workplace issues, and risk‑aware decisions with professionalism and discretion •Demonstrated capacity to coach and influence leaders through performance challenges, investigations, and complex people decisions •Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to partner effectively across all organizational levels •Demonstrated capacity to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt effectively in a fast‑paced, multi‑location environment Compensation: •$70,000 - $80,000 / year •Competitive pay and benefits, including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K (50% Company Match) and more Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
