This position requires an in-office presence Monday through Friday. •Workforce/Performance/Talent Management •Coach and advise managers on all people related matters in talent acquisition, onboarding & orientation, performance management and talent development, employee engagement, change management, rewards & recognition, career progression, and more. •Partner with department leaders and managers to provide direction in handling and resolving employee relations and performance management issues. Coach managers on counseling best practices and the progressive discipline process. •Conduct thorough investigations and handle all documentation, escalation, and communication in a timely manner. •Facilitate annual performance management evaluation process to ensure office completion. Identify areas for improvement and recommend training as needed. •Ensure the office organizational structure supports a growth mindset. •Conduct exit interviews to prevent turnover and to understand the reason behind it.
