Required Skills: •FSA, HSA, and commuter benefits •Evaluate and recommend benefits enhancements based on employee needs, market trends, and cost analysis. •Manage annual open enrollment, including vendor coordination, system configuration, employee communications, and issue resolution. •Compliance & Risk Management •Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local benefits-related laws and regulations, including ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, and state-specific leave requirements. •Partner with Legal and external consultants on audits, filings, reporting, and plan documentation. •Oversee vendor compliance and data accuracy across HRIS, benefits platforms, and payroll systems. •Vendor & Broker Management Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. •Strong working knowledge of U.S. benefits compliance and regulatory requirements. •Proven ability to work cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, Legal, and Finance. •Prior experience in a high-growth, acquisition-driven company. •Operational familiarity with HRIS and benefits administration platforms. •Professional certification (CEBS, PHR, SPHR) a plus. •Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines •High degree of discretion and confidentiality Compensation: •Flexible work environment (work from home / hybrid options) Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
