Required Skills: •We are seeking an HR Data Management Analyst to support a major transition to Oracle Fusion and help ensure accurate, compliant, and well-governed HR data throughout the implementation. •HR Data Management & System Support •Analyze daily Oracle Fusion integration error logs to identify, interpret, research, and resolve data discrepancies. •Troubleshoot integration errors and make appropriate updates or corrections prior to Oracle Fusion go-live. •Update and correct employee records while maintaining data integrity and consistency across HR systems. •Research HR data issues and use sound judgment to determine the appropriate resolution. •Monitor data flowing between HR systems and identify potential inconsistencies or process issues. •Maintain and administer records related to contingent workers.
