Required Skills: •Administer HR programs related to training and development, performance management, benefits, leave management, recruiting and onboarding, employee relations, HR policy management, compliance, payroll processing, and HR reporting. •Promote a positive workplace culture and actively build strong relationships with employees to support a safe and healthy work environment. •Support employee development initiatives, including new employee reviews, annual performance appraisals, and personal development plans. •Partner with management on employee performance management to minimize gaps in job expectations and promote success for both employees and the organization. •Conduct research and data analysis to identify opportunities to improve employee training and development programs. •Actively facilitate and support administration of employee benefits programs and serve as a liaison between employees and benefit providers. •Educate employees on benefit plans, available resources, and assist with claims-related questions. •Administer leave of absence processes and procedures while maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive employee information in accordance with federal and state regulations. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred. •Associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is beneficial. •Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or other related industries is preferred. •Human Resources Certification such as PHR or SPHR is preferred. •Operational familiarity with labor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruiting best practices. •Demonstrated ability to proactively communicate and engage the correct stakeholders when implementing HR initiatives or action plans. •This is a Permanent position based out of Salt Lake City, UT.
