Hiring: Human Resource Manager Company: Children & Family Advocacy Center Location: Rogers, AR Job Posted Time: 2026-09-03 14:28:15 About the job Experience: •Support organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives. Coordinate employee milestones, recognition programs, and engagement activities. Execute employee survey strategies, analyze results, and provide meaningful reports and recommendations to leadership. •Serve as a trusted and approachable resource for employees with workplace questions or concerns. Receive and appropriately respond to employee concerns while supporting the Director of People Operations with employee relations matters. Help facilitate healthy communication between employees, leaders, and the organization. •Partner with leaders across the organization to support a healthy workplace culture, consistent HR practices, effective communication, and strong employee experiences. Provide timely, practical HR guidance while maintaining appropriate confidentiality and professionalism. •Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential HR documentation and records. Exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive employee information and ensure HR practices are consistent with CFAC policies, ethical standards, and applicable employment requirements. Required Skills: •Play a critical part in creating a positive employee experience and supporting the people and systems that make our mission possible. •Help lead recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll, compliance, employee engagement, HR systems, and employee relations while serving as a trusted resource for both staff and leadership. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Leadership, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered. •3+ years of progressive human resources experience preferred. •Solid functional working knowledge of federal and state employment laws, HR compliance, and personnel practices. •Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. •Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively with employees and leaders at all levels. •Demonstrated capacity to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive employee information. •Demonstrated capacity to balance compassion and empathy with accountability and consistent application of policies and expectations. •SHRM-CP, PHR, or other HR certification is a plus. •You can be a part of a dedicated team making a real difference in the lives of vulnerable children and families. •Opportunities for professional growth and development through training, mentorship, and continuing education.
