Required Skills: •Serve as the primary HR liaison to leaders within the Building Technology Solutions subgroup. •Partner with the President, Building Technology Solutions to design and evolve the organizational structure, ensuring teams are appropriately staffed and aligned with strategic priorities. •Support recruiting and talent acquisition efforts, collaborating with talent acquisition partners to attract top technical, product, and commercial talent. •Develop and execute workforce planning, hiring strategies, and succession plans for key roles. •Guide leaders through performance management, including goal setting, feedback cycles, performance improvement plans, and career development paths. •Partner with leadership to help define roles, competencies, and leveling frameworks that support consistency and clarity across the subgroup. •Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure new employees’ transition smoothly and are connected to teams, tools, and subgroup goals. •Support employee engagement efforts, culture-building initiatives, recognition programs, and communication practices that strengthen team cohesion across regions.
