Required Skills: •Credence has an immediate need for a Cybersecurity Professional at the senior level who will be primarily responsible for supporting the Cyber Resiliency Office for Weapon Systems (CROWS) at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. •CROWS is organizationally located under AFLCMC/EN-EZ with mission responsibility for ‘baking in' cyber resiliency into new weapon systems and mitigation of ‘critical' vulnerabilities in fielded weapon systems. •CROWS Leadership •Acquisition Support to increase system security engineering principles into acquisition community •Intelligence integration to increase cyber posture •Management of data reporting and tracking of cyber vulnerabilities and risks •Data capture, repository and analytics to enable risk-based decision making •Inquiry management and adjudication to respond to external inquiries on cyber posture Qualifications: •Master's or Doctorate degree in a related field and ten (10) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five (5) years of which must be in the DoW/DoD •OR bachelor's degree in a Human Resource or related field and twelve (12) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five (5) years of which must be in the DoW/DoD •OR fifteen (15) years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, eight (8) years of which must be in the DoD •Demonstrated capacity to work well as part of a team and with minimal supervision •Prior experience working DoW/DoD personnel actions and experience with civilian manpower systems, including GS and Acq Demo •Demonstrated skills in conflict resolution, problem solving, critical and creative thinking, and multi-tasking •Your work will support defense and health agencies where AI solutions directly contribute to national security and public well-being. •Learn from technical leaders, innovate within Agentic AI, and mentor those around you in AI best practices.
